Non-Returnable Items

- Compounded medications that have been dispensed
- Temperature-sensitive medications
- Opened or used products
- Custom formulations
Exceptions and Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Product Defects: If you receive a defective or damaged product due to our error
- Shipping Errors: If you receive the wrong product or incorrect dosage
- Adverse Reactions: If a healthcare provider recommends discontinuing the medication due to adverse reactions (documentation required)
- Order Cancellation: Orders cancelled before shipping may be eligible for refund
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Submit any required documentation (healthcare provider recommendation, photos of defective products, etc.)
- Wait for approval and further instructions from our team
Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear on your statement
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
